A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including 20% service fee and out of pocket expenses
will be charged for any Sedan and SUV cancellation that is made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled pick up time
in the Boston metropolitan area . All out of state Sedan and SUV pick-ups require four (4) hours notice of cancellation. A
Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including 20% service fee and out of pocket expenses will be charged for any
Limousine and Van cancellation that is made less than six (6) hours before the scheduled pick up time in the Boston
metropolitan area and eight (8) hours for all out of state pick-ups. To avoid a Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost
including 20% service fee and out of pocket expenses all Mini-bus reservations must be cancelled a minimum of twenty
four (24) hours prior to the reservation in the Boston metropolitan area and a minimum of forty eight (48) hours in
advance for all out of state pick-ups. Customers are encouraged to inform Tomas Limousine of cancellations as early as
possible to avoid charges.
TIME BASED SERVICES: All Time Based Hourly Services have been guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit; therefore all
cancellations will result in forfeiture of required deposits. A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost based on the
vehicles required minimum hours of service including 20%service fee will be charged for all cancellations that occur within
48 hours of scheduled pick up time. Customers are encouraged to inform Tomas Limousine of cancellations as early as
possible to avoid additional charges.
NO SHOW FEE:A no-show fee equal to the base fare price plus applicable waiting time, 20%service fee and out of pocket
expenses will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, call
Tomas Limousine if you cannot locate your vehicle. Passengers should not leave designated locations
without first notifying Tomas Limousine.
ADDITIONALFEE’S AND SURCHARGES: There is a $10.00 per half hour surcharge for arrivals and departures that occur
between midnight and 5:00am. There is a $25 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and after 5:00pm on Christmas Eve and
New Year’s Eve.
WAITING TIME: Tomas Limousine offers a 15-minute grace period to board the vehicle for all services except airport arrivals.
At the airport we offer a complimentary 30-minute wait period after reported landing of all domestic flights and 45-minute
wait period for international flights. Waiting Time charges will be added to the transfer rate and are billed at a rate of
$1.50/minute.
ADDITIONAL STOPS: An additional charge for stops within the same town of $10.00 per stop. Additional stops in bordering
towns will be billed at $20.00 per stop added to the higher towns’ fare. All additional stop that occur outside of bordering
towns will be added to fares and billed at 50% of that locations base rate. All additional stops are considered fare charges
and subject to all fare based surcharges.
INTERNATIONAL FEES: Any quoted International rate is based on the exchange rate at the time of the booking. The final
charges will be calculated on the exchange rate in effect at the time of billing.
CHILD SEAT: Tomas Limousine does not provide child safety seats. Parents and/or guardians of children traveling in Tomas
Limousine vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
SMOKING is not allowed in any Tomas Limousine vehicle.
